Processing time

Orders usually ship within 2 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of purchase. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on US orders of $100 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. If you're outside the US, send us a message on our Contact page and we'll tell you what's possible.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Carriers, weather and holidays can occasionally slow things down. If we learn your order can't ship within the time shown, we'll email you a new estimate and the choice to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you confirm the address and cover the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date on our Contact page. We'll work with the carrier and, where we can, send a replacement.
